We have been visiting Olivias for several years. They are not just around the corner for us but whenever we go to PV we like to visit here. Their food is consistently really good. The chips and salsa are great. They have a deep red peppery hot sauce they bring to the table too. It is very good. If you like a big basket of tortilla chips that are white corn and thin, this is your place. My wife loves the pollo fundido. She says it's the best! Their guacamole is fresh and chunky. I love their enchiladas, chili rellenos and tacos. I am pretty simple and predictable and usually get a combo plate. The rice and beans are always great too. They have an amazing looking Mexican pizza that I saw passing by our table. I want to try that sometime. This week we were short on time but didn't want to eat Taco Bell. We were able to call in a take-out order and then they gave us a table to eat when we arrived. This saved us a solid 20 minutes which saved us from having to eat at Taco Bell. So, a big shout to the service who accommodated us. Whew!

Building is old but cute inside and out. The menu was good variety and great prices. I was able to get a small order of pollo fundido, which I absolutely love. My husband had chile relleno. We were not disappointed.

Prescott valley We did a pit stop while we waited for our hotel room. The bartender made some really good and strong margaritas. Wife was pretty buzzed after two. We decided to come back later for dinner. We didn't get the best service. Waitress took our order and brought it, that was the last she came to our table tell she was ready to give us a bill ?? No refill of drinks or asking if we needed anything. The food was really good. And portion was good and prices very affordable. We will be back again for the food and just deal with bad service I guess. And if you don't have cash they charge you 3.5% for using a card.
